Expected Schedule:
Approximately 1-40 productive patient care hours per week, depending on patient demand, scheduling availability, and clinic volume. Core Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. This is an on-site position providing therapeutic massage services as part of an integrated medical and rehabilitation practice. The LMT will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation staff to support patient recovery and improve function. Position Overview The Licensed Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic massage services for patients receiving care for musculoskeletal conditions, work-related injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, and other conditions when massage therapy is included in the patient's treatment plan. This position offers flexible scheduling with patient care hours based on clinic demand and therapist availability. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage services in accordance with the patient's treatment plan. Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation. Communicate patient progress and concerns with the healthcare team. Promote patient comfort, safety, and professionalism during each visit. Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with clinic standards. Adhere to all applicable state laws, professional standards, and clinic policies. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program. Current Licensed Massage Therapist license in Missouri and/or Kansas, depending on practice location. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Preferred Experience in a medical, rehabilitation, chiropractic, physical therapy, or multidisciplinary practice. Experience treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries or chronic pain.
