Birch & Willow Spa is seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Lead Massage Therapist to help guide and support our growing massage department. This position is ideal for a seasoned therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, mentoring others, and contributing to the growth and success of a luxury spa environment. The Lead Massage Therapist serves as a leader within the department, helping maintain service standards, support team development, and foster a positive, professional culture.
