Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their treatment goals, progress, and any relevant medical or physiological considerations Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized treatment area in compliance with health regulations Stay updated on the latest massage therapy practices, anatomy knowledge, and physiology to enhance service quality Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary Document each session accurately in client records, including treatment details and observations Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification Proven experience in massage therapy, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy CPR certification required for safety compliance Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients Experience with pain management techniques and client assessment procedures preferred Familiarity with med spa environments or medical settings is a plus Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding therapeutic services that enhance our clients' health journey!
