IMPORTANT NOTICE
This position is compensated based on actual completed massage services (per client/service). Payment is calculated according to the number of clients you serve, not a traditional hourly office-style wage. This role focuses on providing quality massage services, delivering excellent customer care, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, has good communication skills in English, and enjoys working with people. Responsibilities Provide massage services to clients based on their needs, including techniques such as deep tissue and relaxation massage Ensure a high level of customer service by creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client Communicate clearly with clients in English to understand their concerns, preferences, and feedback Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment Follow proper procedures and standards to ensure client safety and satisfaction Requirements Strong interest in massage therapy and wellness industry Good English communication skills (required) Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to build rapport and maintain good client relationships Willingness to learn and improve massage techniques Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Join us in this exciting journey toward becoming a skilled massage therapist!
