Join an established wellness clinic where you can focus on patients and build lasting relationships. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and therapies, including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, to provide exceptional care to our clients. This role requires a commitment to patient service and the ability to assess individual needs effectively. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in promoting wellness and pain management for our clients in a serene and professional environment. Pay is $17 per hour plus $20 per 1 hour massage. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on client health history and goals. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and relaxed during their sessions. Maintain knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to communicate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals. Collaborate with other health professionals in an occupational health setting or med spa environment to enhance patient care. Document treatment plans and client progress accurately in accordance with facility policies. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area. Requirements Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management techniques. Experience or training in various massage modalities, particularly trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong assessment skills to evaluate client needs effectively. weekends as needed. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
