Grove Spa, an award-winning spa, has an exciting opportunity for full-time and part-time licensed Massage Therapists. We provide a professional environment not only for our clients, but for our staff as well. Our Massage Therapists provide services within the scope of licensure to provide relaxation and/or therapeutic benefits to clients. Services provided include, but are not limited to: swedish massage, deep tissue manipulation, sport massage, aromatherapy, cupping, hot stones, and prenatal massage.

Grove Spa Benefits:

Great hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. Only 1 - 2 Sundays per year for Mother's Day and Valentines if it would fall on a Sunday. Every other weekend. Cancellation policy in place to protect employees from lost commission due to no shows and late cancellations. Commission based pay starting at 40% percentage will vary depending on years of experience Full Schedule We have clients calling daily to schedule massage appointments. This allows our therapist to have a full schedule that books several weeks out. 15% commission on product sales Health, Dental, Vision and Long-Term disability available for all full-time employees providing a minimum of 30 hours hands on services per week. All full-time employees will be eligible for 1 week of sick time and 1 week of vacation based on the average number of hands-on services provided during their accrual time. 30% off products and services at Grove Spa along with discounts at Grove Pharmacy.

Massage Therapist Candidates Must:

Have a positive attitude Be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the massage therapist field Must be able to perform Relaxation, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue, and Prenatal massage techniques Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Have a certain degree of creativity and latitude Possess and maintain a Missouri State License through the Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage Must have completed a minimum of 500 credit hours from a Missouri State Board approved school Maintain proper liability insurance according to company policy Wear a black scrubs and black shoes
