Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout each session. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing pain management or occupational health concerns. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant medical history. Stay current with industry best practices and certifications to continually enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and care. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Prior experience working in med spas or similar healthcare environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and explain treatment options clearly. Knowledge of occupational health principles and best practices for injury prevention is a plus.
