Pay:
Commission starting at $45/hour (before tips + retail commission) Average take-home: ~$72 per massage Good Medicine Acupuncture & Massage is a well-established, practitioner-centered clinic in Missoula, Montana. We're hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to practice excellent bodywork in a supportive, professional environment without the burnout or overhead of private practice. Our clinic is a calm, beautifully designed space offering Community Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and an expanded retail and herbal program. We serve over 700 patients each month and prioritize both accessibility for our community and strong compensation for our practitioners. This role is a great fit if you: Are reliable, grounded, and take pride in your work Value clear communication and collaborative care Enjoy being part of a team while maintaining autonomy in your treatments Feel confident providing deep tissue massage and working with prenatal clients Want consistent work, steady income, and a workplace that respects your life outside the clinic Additional specialties like cupping, gua sha, myofascial release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, hot stone, Thai, Lomi Lomi, or other modalities are welcome and encouraged—but not required. What you'll do: Provide thoughtful, high-quality massage treatments tailored to each patient Conduct clear, compassionate intakes and assess medical history and treatment goals Show up authentically as a practitioner and help patients meet their wellness goals Collaborate with our Acupuncturists to support comprehensive treatment plans and aftercare Maintain accurate charting and professional boundaries Keep your treatment space clean, stocked, and welcoming Contribute positively to a respectful, team-oriented clinic culture
Requirements:
