Responsibilities Deliver customized massage therapy sessions that reflect the client's goals, health needs, and preferences, incorporating both relaxation and therapeutic techniques. Promote overall wellness and stress relief while respecting clinical boundaries. Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy and any complementary products or services available at Bespoke. Maintain a clean and organized treatment space with attention to health and safety standards. Document treatment notes thoroughly and accurately. Uphold strict sanitation and hygiene protocols in accordance with Montana state law and Bespoke policy. Contribute to the wellness culture through team meetings, education, and marketing efforts. Use social media and other platforms to share educational, professional, or promotional content (with support and guidelines from Bespoke). Support front-of-house retail offerings and meet achievable retail benchmarks related to wellness. Remain current on trends and training in massage techniques and holistic health. Participate in wellness team initiatives and collaborate with aesthetic and medical staff when appropriate. Requirements Current Montana state license in Massage Therapy and in good standing with the state board. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on massage therapy experience preferred. Passion for holistic wellness and interest in working within a regenerative and aesthetic medical environment. Excellent communication and client service skills. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting. Proficiency in basic computer systems and client charting software. Comfortable using social media to build professional visibility (training provided if needed). Alignment with Bespoke's mission, vision, and values.
