Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in massage therapy. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Requirements Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Background in occupational health or med spa experience is a plus.
