We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist interested in a long-term independent contractor opportunity. We value quality massage, personalized client care, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a professional who shares these values and would like to grow with our studio.

What We Offer:

Earn 40-45% of the price of each massage session you perform. Your specific percentage and payment calculation terms will be agreed upon before you begin. Keep 100% of your tips. Flexible appointment scheduling based on your availability. Opportunity to start with a lighter appointment load and take on more sessions as the client base grows. Newly renovated, comfortable treatment rooms. An online booking system. Studio-provided marketing and client acquisition. Client bookings through the studio — an existing clientele is not required. A calm, respectful, and professional environment. We are actively investing in marketing and building a consistent client base. Appointment volume depends on client demand and your availability.

Requirements:

Active North Carolina Massage and Bodywork Therapy License. Your own active professional liability insurance. Reliability and punctuality. Strong communication skills and attentive client care. Ability to provide relaxation and therapeutic massage within your training and scope of practice. Commitment to professional ethics, hygiene, and client safety. The studio maintains business insurance coverage; however, each therapist must carry their own professional liability insurance. We welcome both experienced therapists and newly licensed professionals.

Independent Contractor (1099).
