Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate massage therapist with a minimum of 2-3 years experience to join our team. You must be trained in various massage techniques and will be responsible for tailoring these services to each client's needs while ensuring a high level of professionalism and care. We prioritize hiring members of any marginalized communities and especially encourage BIPoC identifying therapists to apply. Deliver therapeutic massages to clients, including but not limited to deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, and other modalities. Maintain a clean and calming environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and concerns, ensuring each session is tailored to their specific needs. Collaborate with other therapists and team members to uphold Auroraflow's high standards of service and inclusivity. 2-3 years of professional massage therapy experience. Licensed in the state of North Carolina. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and a range of massage techniques. Trauma-informed and/or body-neutral approaches are highly valued. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in massage therapy, but also deeply committed to Auroraflow's mission and values.

Have experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ clients and clients from underrepresented communities. Professionally document your sessions in a timely manner. Support your team and fill in when able.

Monday 9:00am-5:00pm Tuesday 3:00pm-8:30pm Wednesday 9:00am-2:30pm or 3:00pm-8:30pm Thursday 3:00pm-8:30pm Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm Sunday 10:00-5:00pm

Pay:

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
