In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans and attentive care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals Utilize your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and pain management strategies Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical terminology Ensure compliance with health and safety standards by adhering to proper sanitation and CPR protocols Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns promptly Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist with current CPR certification Proven experience in massage therapy, preferably with med spa or occupational health backgrounds Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Experience with patient assessment techniques and pain management approaches Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Familiarity with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced modalities such as myofascial release or sports massage is preferred Prior experience in medical spa settings or occupational health environments is a plus Join us to help clients feel their best through expert massage therapy!
