Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various massage techniques and an understanding of anatomy and physiology. This role is essential in providing therapeutic relief and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients. You will work in a supportive environment that values positive team morale. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to trigger point therapy, deep tissue, prenatal massage. Conduct thorough client intake to understand individual needs to tailor massages accordingly. Maintain accurate SOAP notes. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Stay updated on the latest practices in massage therapy and participate in ongoing professional development. Maintain liability insurance Qualifications Must hold a NC Massage and Bodywork Therapy license. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy. Familiarity with pain management techniques and trigger point therapy is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
