Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time licensed massage and bodywork therapist to join our slow-paced, intentional environment focused on building strong client-therapist connections to help clients manage chronic pain and stress. Responsibilities:

Perform full-body massages (60 and 90 minutes), focus sessions (30 minutes), and deep tissue work Be open to learning or performing cupping, hot stones, and table stretching techniques Conduct thorough client assessments, read intake forms, and educate clients on self-care and maintenance techniques Be open to working with Veterans and clients with chronic pain, as this is the bulk of clientele. Willing to work Saturdays. Write detailed SOAP notes for each session Check clients in and out professionally and maintain excellent customer service Keep the massage room clean and organized before leaving Manage no more than 4 clients per day (5 clients optional with 30-minute breaks between sessions)

Skills & Qualifications:

Valid massage and bodywork license Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic medical terminology Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills Dependable, reliable, with reliable transportation Ability to educate clients and provide professional guidance on self-care and wellness Committed to fostering a calm, intentional, and supportive environment for clients Ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients

Pay & Benefits:

$50 per session (first 90 days) $55 per session after after probation period No tipping (predictable, transparent income) 30 minute breaks in between every client Maximum 4 clients per day

Schedule:

Full-time (5 days a week) Consistent schedule preferred Mornings Preferred.
