C3 Wellness - Raleigh Stanhope is seeking a skilled and guest-focused Spa Massage Therapist to join our luxury wellness team. This role is centered on delivering exceptional therapeutic and relaxation experiences through thoughtful, protocol-driven treatments in a serene, elevated environment. The ideal candidate is technically strong, service-oriented, and committed to continuous growth within the spa and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities

• Perform all massage and body treatments in accordance with established spa protocols and rituals
• Deliver a variety of services including deep tissue, Swedish, therapeutic massage, and other modalities offered on the spa menu
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and at-home care
• Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor with guests and team members
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and visual presentation
• Build and retain a loyal guest following through exceptional service
• Maintain treatment room inventory and complete quality assurance documentation
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing continuing education
• Support marketing initiatives, special events, and guest engagement efforts
• Make referrals to other C3 Wellness providers as appropriate
• Assist with laundry, cleaning, and spa upkeep as needed
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
• Serve as a positive team player, contributing to overall spa culture and goals Qualifications
• Valid state massage therapy license (body wrap certification preferred, if applicable)
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities including deep tissue, Swedish, therapeutic, and other therapies
• Experience with body treatments is a plus
• Strong guest service mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to follow protocols and deliver consistent, high-quality treatments
• Professional appearance and demeanor
