Who We're Looking For We are seeking an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist with advanced training and a strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic treatment techniques. Required Qualifications Current North Carolina Massage Therapy License Advanced training in medical, orthopedic, therapeutic, or clinical massage techniques Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and musculoskeletal conditions Experience working with healthcare professionals such as physical therapists, physicians, chiropractors, or athletic trainers preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, compassionate, and relationship-focused approach to care Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively Preferred Experience Medical Massage Orthopedic Massage Neuromuscular Therapy Sports Massage Myofascial Release Trigger Point Therapy Assisted Stretching Injury Recovery and Rehabilitation Support Wellness and Preventative Care Programs What We Offer Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 8 hours weekly Opportunity to build a thriving caseload up to full-time if desired Freedom to practice according to your training and expertise Collaborative environment alongside experienced healthcare professionals Wellness studio setting focused on health, recovery, and performance Competitive contractor compensation Administrative and scheduling support A culture that prioritizes clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and professional fulfillment
