We are an established therapeutic massage practice specializing in goal-driven care, pain management, injury recovery, and helping clients improve how they move and feel. Our therapists work with a diverse client population in a collaborative clinical environment alongside chiropractic care. We are currently hiring part-time W-2 therapists with the opportunity to grow into full-time schedules as caseloads develop. Experienced therapists are strongly encouraged to apply, and compensation reflects relevant experience, clinical skill, and professional background. We also welcome newer therapists who are motivated to develop their skills in a supportive clinical environment. We offer consistent weekly schedules based on therapist availability, clinic needs, and treatment-room capacity. Current opportunities may include morning, daytime, afternoon/evening, and weekend hours. Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is especially valuable, but therapists with other availability are encouraged to apply. Part-time schedules have the opportunity to grow as caseloads develop and additional hours become available. What We're Looking For We're looking for therapists who: Hold a current North Carolina massage and bodywork therapy license Provide thoughtful, client-centered therapeutic care Are dependable and comfortable maintaining a consistent schedule Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers Are interested in continuing to develop their clinical skills Value working as part of a collaborative team Want to build a sustainable career in massage therapy Experience in therapeutic, orthopedic, sports, injury-focused, or clinical massage is especially welcome, but not required.
