Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and relaxation Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress in compliance with health regulations Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, explain treatment procedures, and address questions or concerns Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Experience Proven experience as a licensed Massage Therapist with a strong background in massage therapy techniques Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately through patient communication and client assessment skills Experience with customer service excellence in a healthcare or wellness environment Join us in creating a healing space where clients feel valued and cared for!
