We are looking for a professional, personable, and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment plans and client progress notes Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols such as CPR certification Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns or discomfort during sessions Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment efficacy Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent client communication skills Proficiency in various massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical massage techniques Solid knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to massage therapy practices Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop customized treatment plans Experience with pain management strategies and occupational health considerations Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of medical conditions that may influence treatment approaches CPR certification and commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times Previous med spa or clinical experience is a plus; experience in customer service is essential for creating positive client interactions Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences that help clients feel their best every day!
