Job Summary Santhigram Wellness Kerala Ayurveda is seeking a compassionate and licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our expanding wellness centers in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about client care and interested in expanding their expertise through specialized Ayurvedic wellness training. No prior experience in Ayurveda is required. Selected candidates will receive structured training in Santhigram's Ayurvedic wellness protocols. Key Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services in accordance with Santhigram wellness protocols. Deliver safe, effective, and client-centered therapeutic bodywork. Learn and perform Ayurvedic wellness therapies following successful completion of mandatory training. Educate clients on treatment procedures and post-session recommendations. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards. Accurately document client sessions and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate with wellness consultants and center management to support high-quality client care. Required Current New Jersey Massage and Bodywork Therapist License (LMT). Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented. Willingness to complete mandatory Ayurvedic wellness training. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Experience in a spa, wellness center, chiropractic clinic, rehabilitation facility, medical spa, or integrative healthcare setting.
