About Seventh Wave Seventh Wave provides professional chair massage services for corporate wellness events, hotels, conferences, and private events. We are looking for compassionate, dependable massage therapists who are passionate about serving others and creating exceptional wellness experiences. Position Type Independent Contractor (1099) Event-based opportunities Flexible scheduling—you choose the events that fit your availability Compensation $60 per hour Travel compensation available for qualifying events outside our standard service area Responsibilities Provide safe, professional chair massage services at corporate wellness events, hotels, conferences, and private events. Travel to event locations throughout New Jersey and surrounding service areas. Arrive 30 minutes before each event to set up and prepare your station. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace. Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Seventh Wave with professionalism. Communicate promptly with the team regarding scheduling and event details. Requirements Current massage therapy license in the state where services are performed. Professional liability insurance. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations. Strong communication skills and professional appearance. Must own and provide a professional-grade portable massage chair for all assigned events. Dependable, punctual, respectful, and trustworthy. Ability to make clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Commitment to treating every client, teammate, and event partner with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
