Alley Spa in Hoboken, NJ is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a professional, reliable, and friendly massage therapist with a valid New Jersey massage therapy license.

Compensation:

$30 commission per 60-minute massage session Guaranteed minimum $10 tip per 60-minute session If a client tips less than $10, the spa will cover the difference Therapists keep their tips; many clients tip $15-$20 or more per hour With a full schedule, therapists can typically earn $300+ per day

Schedule:

Part-time only 1-3 days per week Business hours are 10:30 AM-9:30 PM Flexible schedule If there are no appointments, you may leave early We respect the physical demands of massage therapy. If you have already completed several sessions and do not wish to take additional appointments, you are not required to continue taking clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional massage therapy services to clients Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment room Communicate with clients regarding pressure, comfort, and massage preferences Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Massage Therapist License required Professional and dependable Good communication and customer service skills Previous massage experience is preferred, but we welcome qualified therapists who are newer to the profession
