We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. If you're passionate about helping others feel their best and are looking to grow your massage practice, this is an exceptional opportunity. Bangz Spa has high traffic walking through our doors. You'll have the potential to build a thriving loyal clientele in an established Salon & Wellness Spa. Bangz has proudly served Montclair community for over 30 years. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage to meet client needs. Assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans to optimize relaxation and healing outcomes. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to ensure smooth client flow and minimal wait times. Document treatment details accurately in client records while respecting confidentiality standards. Skills Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification and compliance with state regulations. Proven experience delivering personal services to adults, adolescents, and elderly individuals in spa or clinical settings. Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and managing client bookings seamlessly. Experience working in salons, spas, clinics, hotel environments, or private residences is highly desirable. Ability to provide excellent personal service while maintaining professionalism and empathy across diverse client needs. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple appointments and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of office building or clinic protocols related to health and safety standards.
