Your expertise in various massage techniques, combined with your commitment to patient care, will help create a calming and rejuvenating experience for every guest. Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and reflexology to meet individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and recommend appropriate treatments for pain management and relaxation Ensure a safe environment by following all health and safety protocols, including CPR certification requirements Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized care that enhances their overall experience Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient wellness plans Skills Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Proven experience in patient assessment and client communication to tailor treatments effectively Expertise in various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and calming atmosphere for clients Pain management experience with an understanding of occupational health issues and injury recovery processes Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications in med spa procedures or specialized massage techniques are a plus Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join us in making a positive impact on our clients' lives through expert touch and compassionate care.
