The successful candidate will be knowledgeable, attentive, and committed to delivering a high-quality experience tailored to each client's individual needs. Responsibilities Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other specialized modalities. Customize each massage session based on the client's specific needs, goals, and preferences. Assess areas of discomfort and apply appropriate pain-relief and recovery techniques. Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date client records. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, recovery, and preventative care. Communicate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all clients. Qualifications Valid New Jersey Massage Therapist license. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage therapy modalities. Knowledge of acute pain management, recovery, and pain-relief techniques. Demonstrated experience with deep tissue massage and therapeutic pain-management techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach.
