Key Responsibilities Provide customized massage services based on guest needs and preferences Provide comfort massage and reflexology to patients during Cancer Center treatments Ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional environment Educate guests on treatment benefits and recommend follow-up care and retail products Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatments rooms and spa areas Start and complete services on time Address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with team members to support spa operations Qualifications Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License (required) Minimum 500 hours from an accredited program 1-3 years of experience preferred (spa, medical, or wellness setting) Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally
