In this role, you'll deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services, tailoring sessions to client needs while documenting outcomes in our digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine tech-enabled wellness offerings, maintain a serene and safe treatment space, and educate clients on self-care. Responsibilities Provide professional therapeutic massages to clients using a variety of techniques aligned with company standards Consult with clients to understand needs, health history, and comfort preferences before each session Document sessions, client preferences, and progress in digital systems for integrated wellness reporting Collaborate with cross-functional wellness and product teams to refine tech-enabled service offerings Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Educate clients on self-care, stretches, and stress-management techniques between sessions Use scheduling and productivity software tools to manage appointments and client communications Participate in ongoing training on new modalities and wellness technology integrations Collect client feedback to improve service quality and support data-driven product enhancements Support front-desk operations as needed, including check-in, check-out, and payment processing Required Skills Therapeutic massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports) Client assessment and intake documentation Knowledge of anatomy and physiology Experience with spa or clinical practice standards Use of scheduling and EMR or practice management software Sanitation, hygiene, and safety compliance Customer service and client communication Pain and stress management strategies Basic understanding of ergonomics and body mechanics Collaboration in multidisciplinary wellness teams
