In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. A 40% commission on all services and add-ons, etc with a 10% commission on all products sold. This is a 1099 position. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and more to address specific client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual concerns and develop personalized plans. Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy, and to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress, treatment details, and any relevant observations. Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Stay current with certifications and best practices to continually enhance your skills and service quality. Requirements Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a focus on patient service and assessment. Certification or licensure as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice. Experience with various massage types. Prior work in med spa or massage setting is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients. Ability to perform multiple sessions daily while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
