Our staff practice outcome-based therapy, we help real people with real problems while you train for self-employment (if that is your goal. We guarantee your bookings when you start. New grads, or lmts needing permits with extra skills are welcome to apply. Come in as a staff therapist and work towards being a lead as well as a mentor with our owner to help run your small business. We keep therapists busy, and we keep them LONG term. Most of our staff have been with us for years and when we lose them it is typically to self employment (YAY!) Please note that income depends on shifts taken and length of days.

Here is what you do not get with us: We have full time reception so you are not checking out clients, picking up phones, doing laundry, asking for you own tips, or anything other than your therapy, cleaning your space and leaving soap notes. Why would you work for someone else when you're essentially running their practice in their office? Most companies have you doing 5-7 a day leaving you to exhausted to work on your private practice. The money SOUNDS great, but you quickly realize your trapped. We start you at 4 clients so you can grow even as a young therapist. Want to do more? of course you can. No more 15 minute roll overs- You are not a cog meant to generate income for us, your a human who gets to have breaks and a snack. Tired of working till 10 PM? Our last massage end at 8:30…if your on a PM shift What it comes down to: Our therapists make a great income PLUS have the ability to to run their own private practice without exhaustion. Many of our staff have thriving private practices but stay with us 2 days a week for the clinical community. This position is GREAT for mature therapists with a slower roll, and NEW therapists who want to learn how to run a private practice.

We have programs for sports, injury, stretching, prenatal, medical, lymphatics, TMD, stress management and post-mastectomy— and will PAY you to learn them. What We're Looking For Valid NYS Massage Therapy License 1+ years experience working OR well rounded skill set that brings more to the table such as personal training or yoga. Strong Clinical thinking skills Excellent anatomy & kinesiology knowledge Clear professional communication with an emphasis on client centered treatment. Science-based/informed knowledge New grads are encouraged to apply if they can go above and beyond and will be assigned a paid mentor to guide them.
