Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Westside Chiropractic & Wellness in Avon, Ohio. In this role, you will provide 60 and 90 minute therapeutic massage sessions in our wellness space and collaborate with our chiropractors, as needed, to provide the best outcomes for patients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans and attentive care. We currently offer:

chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, dry needling Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Deliver a variety of massage techniques including: deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic flow and medical massage tailored to each client's needs Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management or relaxation Maintain records of treatments and any relevant medical information Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols Help with massage room cleaning & massage laundry Communicate effectively with clients Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements per the state of Ohio Requirements Current Ohio State licensure as a Massage Therapist, in good standing Demonstrates skills in various massage styles and has a deeper, therapeutic touch Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Experience in client assessment skills and giving recommendations for consistent care Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism on a team Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
