We are not a franchise. We are not a high-volume chain. We are a luxury, results-driven spa known for elevated facials and deeply personalized care and our clients have been asking for massage. We currently have a warm list of clients waiting to book. We are hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to step into immediate demand and grow with us as we expand this side of the business. If you want to be overbooked and under-supported, this is not the place.

What You'll Do Perform personalized therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, and/or prenatal massage Customize each service to client goals Educate clients on self-care and treatment plans Maintain a clean, elevated treatment space Collaborate with our team to grow massage intentionally (not aggressively) We value skill, intuition, professionalism, continued education, and warmth. Who You Are Licensed in the State of Ohio Confident in your technique and client communication Passionate about wellness and continuing education Team-oriented (no ego energy) Comfortable taking initiative and growing with a business Lymphatic drainage or myofascial release training is a plus — but not required. Compensation:
