Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, addressing client questions, and fostering a positive experience Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices Join us in making a meaningful difference in our clients' lives through expert massage therapy!
