Licensed Massage Therapist - Clinical Massage Massage Cincy | Cincinnati, Ohio W-2 | $30-$40 per massage hour, plus paid documentation Massage Cincy is looking for an exceptional Ohio Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to build a meaningful, long-term clinical career. We help patients feel better, move better, and return to the activities that matter to them. Much of our work is clinical and referral-based, with an established patient base and patients currently waiting for care. The right person may be an experienced therapist or a newer LMT with exceptional potential. Experience matters, but hands-on ability, dependability, judgment, character, and coachability matter more. What Makes This Position Different We provide extensive paid training in our clinical approach, including: Results-focused massage and treatment planning Physician-referred and medically necessary care Patient and referral-source communication Accurate, timely SOAP notes Managing a clinical caseload professionally You won't need to know our entire system on day one. We'll help you learn it, build confidence, and grow into the role. Compensation and Schedule W-2 employment $30-$40 per hands-on massage hour Paid clinical documentation Approximately 40 hours of initial paid training at $15 per hour Performance-based raises Up to 12 hours of continuing education annually Approximately 20-30 hands-on hours per week Affordable virtual healthcare program Tips when received, although clinical patients are not expected to tip Patient opportunities are available Monday through Saturday at our east-side and west-side offices. The right therapist may work at either office or both. We will consider your goals, availability, preferred location, and patient demand when building the schedule. Who We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Hold a current Ohio Massage Therapy license Have solid foundational massage skills Are dependable, professional, and trustworthy Learn quickly and apply feedback Communicate well with patients and coworkers Complete documentation accurately and on time Take initiative and handle responsibilities without constant supervision Want to become an important, long-term member of a clinical team Newly licensed therapists with excellent potential and professionalism are encouraged to apply.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
