We are a thoughtfully curated wellness destination offering massage, headspa rituals, facials, and other restorative experiences in an elevated, welcoming environment. We are looking for a massage therapist who values exceptional guest care, intentional touch, professionalism, and creating an experience that extends beyond the treatment room. What You'll Do Perform customized 60

• 75• 90• and 120-minute massage services Consult with guests to understand their individual needs and preferences Provide a consistent, elevated guest experience from beginning to end Maintain a clean, organized, and properly prepared treatment room Follow all sanitation, safety, and protocols Maintain accurate guest notes and service documentation Educate guests on appropriate wellness services and enhancements Encourage rebooking and build meaningful, long-term guest relationships Collaborate with our estheticians, cosmetologists, concierge team, and other wellness professionals Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and trainings Compensation Our providers follow a performance-based commission structure with the opportunity to earn up tp 38% service commission, plus gratuities.

Commission begins at 20% and increases progressively as monthly service production grows: 20% —> 25% —> 30% —> 33% —> 35% —> 38% This structure is designed to give motivated providers a clear path to increase their earning potential as they build their clientele and service production. (Gratuity is earned in addition to service commission) What We're Looking For Current and active Ohio Massage Therapy License Professional, dependable, and guest-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident performing customized relaxation and therapeutic massage Comfortable working within a team-centered spa environment Passion for wellness and providing thoughtful, personalized care Ability and desire to develop a consistent clientele Weekend and/or evening availability is a must Why Join The House?
