Job Description

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for Health & Wellness Rental Collective Collective Good Integrative Health Dayton, OH Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $100 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Massage therapy Massage Therapy License Licensed Massage Therapist Full Job Description Are you a massage therapist with your own business and looking for a furnished space for your work? Collective Good Integrative Health may be the right fit for you! We are looking for licensed massage therapists to join our health and wellness collective in Dayton. If you are self-employed or are actively transitioning to be self-employed, have an active Ohio license, and are seeking a supportive work community out of which to rent space on a part time basis, we'd love to hear from you. Practitioners who do well here are motivated to build their clientele, value professionalism and authenticity, and value long-term client-centered connections.
Note:
All practitioners operate out of our facilities as their own business entities, not as employees or independent contractors. They rent furnished space on a part-time basis and manage their own clientele, scheduling, billing, software, and client communications. 100% of the earnings from their services remain with the practitioner and they pay rent at the beginning of each month. Our collective consists of massage therapists, psychotherapists and counselors, yoga instructors, a midwife, physical therapists, and a physician's assistant. We enjoy collaboration as well as a healthy work environment. Collective Good offers a safe and supportive place for a small business owner to grow their practice through our flexible monthly rental model that includes many benefits -- such as a page on our well-trafficked website, being regularly featured on our social media, mentorship opportunities, and receiving referrals from our clinic. We offer a fully furnished space and a lot of support and guidance if needed. To learn more about what we are all about, please review our comprehensive and informative webpage: https://www.collectivegoodhealth.com/operating-principles If this resonates with you, contact us today here or by emailing us at or calling 513-549-1831. We welcome all types of therapeutic massage modalities. We are also on social media: @collectivegoodhealth on Instagram and Collective Good Integrative Health on Facebook. These along with our website and Google reviews will give you a great sense of who we are and our stellar growing reputation!
What our practitioners are saying:
"My experience has been amazing so far and I'd love to continue to grow my practice here. With the referrals I've received, and the way word of mouth has continued to spread, I believe that Collective Good has been a gift to my practice." — E.R. "I am very grateful to be leasing space at CGIH. Being in community with other practitioners who are also in various stages of getting started with their businesses has been inspiring and very helpful. I feel supported while going through transitions that would otherwise feel lonely and stressful at times. The physical space is beautiful! The environment is very nurturing and conducive to healing on many levels." —
