Your Day-To-Day:
Performing thorough client intake and post-session follow-up to create personalized, meaningful treatment experiences Building genuine therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and consistency Guiding clients toward holistic wellness resources, including retail products that complement their care Keeping service rooms clean, stocked, and ready — including laundry and opening/closing responsibilities Supporting the broader team by assisting with client check-in and checkout, and filling in where needed Logging all service, retail, and gift card transactions accurately in our POS system.
