The Opportunity We're seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a therapist who wants flexibility, consistent bookings, and the support of an established, high-volume spa — without sacrificing the freedom of contract work. What You'll Do Provide a variety of massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, etc.) tailored to each client's needs Conduct brief client intake/consultations to customize each session Maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional treatment space Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care Build lasting client relationships through excellent service What We're Looking For Active Massage Therapy license in the State of Ohio Strong knowledge of multiple massage techniques and modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Prior spa or clinical experience preferred but not required Must carry (or be willing to obtain) liability insurance as an independent contractor Why Therapists Love Working at Sacred Hour Built-in clientele — full bookings from day one, no marketing or client-hunting required Flexible, contracted schedule — set your own availability Competitive commission/compensation structure [insert specific rate or split] Premium supplies and treatment rooms provided Supportive, professional team environment Strong reputation that brings repeat and referral clients
