Job Description

Ohio Foot and Ankle Specialists is seeking a dependable and patient-focused Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our Lakewood team. This position is approximately 36 hours per week and requires occasional travel to our Westlake offices as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering phones and scheduling appointments Collecting copays and verifying insurance and demographic information Preparing patients for examinations and assisting providers Accurately documenting patient information Assisting with procedures, treatments, and patient education Cleaning and preparing examination rooms Supporting patient flow and daily office operations Providing coverage at Westlake offices as needed
Qualifications:
Medical assistant or medical-office experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, organized, and able to multitask Comfortable performing both clinical and front-desk responsibilities Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Westlake offices as needed Experience with electronic medical records is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Ohio Foot and Ankle Specialists is an equal opportunity employer.
