Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine specific needs and develop customized treatment plans. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing health improvement. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advances in physiology relevant to massage therapy. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or staff to optimize client outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications Valid state license as a Massage Therapist. Proven experience with patient service, customer service, and occupational health practices. Proficiency in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and provide compassionate care.
