Responsibilities:

Deliver professional massage services tailored to individual guest needs Maintain knowledge of a variety of massage modalities and customize treatments accordingly Provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in treatment rooms Educate guests on the benefits of regular massage and recommend follow-up treatments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to Ohio State Board standards Work closely with the front desk team and fellow service providers for seamless guest experiences Stay current on trends, techniques, and wellness advancements in massage therapy

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Massage Therapy License (Required) Previous years of experience as a Massage Therapist Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and delivering high-quality service Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and a warm, client-focused attitude
