Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional client service. This role involves assessing clients needs, delivering therapeutic treatments, and contributing to overall patient wellness in a serene environment. Must be available evenings and weekends. LMT owned. Responsibilities Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide a range of massage therapies including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Implement pain management strategies tailored to each client's condition. Maintain knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective treatment. Utilize medical terminology when documenting patient records and treatment outcomes. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Must keep your treatment room clean and stocked with linens. All equipment, laundry, and supplies needed are supplied for you. No holidays. Experience Proven experience in client service with a focus on therapeutic massage techniques. Strong background in pain management and knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential. 1-3 years massage experience preferred. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of massage therapy is highly valued.
