Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Thai massage (training provided), sports massage, and prenatal massage to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current conditions, and specific pain points. Develop customized treatment plans that align with clients' wellness goals and provide clear explanations of therapy benefits. Maintain a clean, comfortable treatment environment adhering to all health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients throughout sessions to ensure comfort and address any concerns or preferences. Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any recommendations for ongoing care. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education to enhance your skills and certifications. Requirements Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations Prior experience working in medical spas or occupational health settings is advantageous. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
