Flourish operates out of a beautiful, boutique space, which both clients and staff love. We strive to provide 5-star quality experience, which includes everything from environment, communication and products used, to services delivered. The intention at Flourish Massage Wellness is to positively affect the body and mind, and for health and happiness to be a way of life, for both clients and staff. Flourish Massage Wellness is looking for 1-2 part-time or 1 full-time Licensed Massage Therapists, beginning in September. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who have the the ability to work independently, from client intake to check-out. The therapist must be able to offer high quality therapeutic bodywork, while delivering outstanding customer service. The therapist will use their own supplies (sheets and oils) and create their own flexible schedule, within the range of available hours. Laundry will be done offsite; some arrangements for onsite laundry may be available. Some weekends required. Must be able to manage time well, be responsive to an online scheduling system, and be on call for agreed upon hours. Must be willing to assist with the maintenance of a beautiful, clean, organized and professionally managed studio. Experience required. At least one year commitment required.

Pay is:

$45/hr (plus tips) for the first 3 months; increasing to $50/hr (plus tips) after 3 months.

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality therapeutic massage to clients. Work as an independant contractor. Work with and welcome clients, from the beginning to the end of their wellness experience at Flourish (intake, therapy, check out) Provide exceptional customer service and suggestions to clients. Provide SOAP notes and client documentation when necessary. Communicate with administrative staff and provide feedback on customer service issues, such as scheduling, client issues or billing. Willingness to be on call for designated shifts, if schedule is not yet filled. Willingness to be responsive to online scheduling system for bookings and changes. Contributes to a clean and organized space.
