Massage Therapist

Natural Life Chiropractic is actively seeking a skilled, self-motivated licensed massage therapist who wants to make a difference in the lives of others by utilizing their massage skills to help people heal naturally. Our office is dedicated to enhancing health and wellness utilizing patient-based care in a friendly, safe and clean environment. Experience is beneficial, but not required.

Requirements:

Skilled in soft tissue treatments/massage Myofascial release experience Current Oregon State License and Liability Insurance Proficiency in documenting SOAP notes for insurance billing Ability to perform multiple sessions daily, with 20 min flip times Professional manner, discretion and appearance Must be punctual, dependable with a great work ethic Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to each client's needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain long-term wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical history Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols Provide excellent patient service by listening attentively, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive experience Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong background in various massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy Familiarity with patient assessment procedures and developing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage practices Prior experience working in a med spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and address their concerns effectively Experience in occupational health or related wellness fields is a plus Join us to help clients feel their best through expert touch, personalized care, and dedicated service. We are conducting interviews immediately for multiple shifts- opening and closing shifts available. Experienced and recently graduated therapists are welcome to apply! The $25 pay rate is for those who would require a CA license through the office to work on patients. Pay rate for a licensed LMT with an employee status is $35, and Pay rates for a licensed LMT with an Independent contract status is $40 per hour. IC status workers must provide their own sheets and blankets. We look forward to meeting you!
