We are seeking a skilled, compassionate and positive Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team! Responsibilities and Skills Ability to perform a variety of massage techniques that are tailored to the individual client needs, with the ultimate goal of relaxation and pain relief; Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable and relaxed during their session; Educate clients on the benefit of massage therapy, and recommend follow-up appointments Excellent communication skills; Ability to work well independently, with minimal supervision and direction. Stay updated on advancements in massage therapy techniques and practices, including knowledge of anatomy and physiology; including ability to take constructive criticism and be able to implement improvements Light housekeeping and laundry as required/available. Desired Qualifications, Certifications and Endorsements Experience providing massage services preferred, but not required. Possess and maintain current Oregon Massage Therapist Licensure, in good standing. Maintain personal liability insurance. Schedule and Hours Monday 1:00-7:00pm Tuesday (11:00) 1:00-7:00pm Wednesday (11:00) 1:00-7:00pm (some) Thursdays (11:00) 1:00-7:00pm starting with lower hours(starting at 1:00) as schedule fills expanding to the earlier start time (11:00) possible flexibility with schedule but that is what we are looking for Compensation Compensation is provided as a combination of base hourly pay during massage sessions, and for 15-minutes in between bookings, tips and commission.
