We treat injuries by finding the movement problem underneath them, and massage is an integral part of how our patients actually get better, not an add-on service. Our previous LMT relocated, and we've been asked about massage availability from our patients consistently. You'd be stepping into real, existing demand with a dedicated, fully equipped massage room ready to go and providers referring from day one. This isn't a fully booked schedule handed to you on day one, you'll still be responsible for finding new patients to add to your clientele. What you won't be doing is starting from zero, marketing yourself, or waiting for a referral pipeline to exist. That part's already here. What you'd be doing Treating patients referred directly by our active rehabilitation specialized chiropractors, working from their assessment and movement findings Building and treating your own patient base alongside those referrals Assessing soft tissue and applying the modalities the case calls for — deep tissue, trigger point, sports, and manual therapy techniques Communicating findings back to the referring provider so care stays coordinated Documenting sessions and progress notes Helping patients understand what you found and what to do between visits What we're looking for Active Oregon LMT license and current CPR certification You value movement — not as a hobby, but as the thing that makes people better. Our whole model is built on restoring how patients move, and you should be genuinely bought into that Comfort working in a clinical, injury-focused setting Solid working knowledge of anatomy and the ability to assess, not just execute a routine Willingness to communicate with providers and work as part of a care team Clinical experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person on our protocols Physical requirements This is a hands-on, physically active job. You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, lifting and moving treatment tables, gym equipment, and other heavy equipment, and performing repetitive manual work throughout the day. Staying physically conditioned is part of the culture here — it keeps your body ready for the inherent demands of manual therapy, protects you from injury over a long career, and means we practice what we preach with our patients.
