We are looking for a passionate, skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoys working as part of a collaborative healthcare team and is committed to providing excellent patient care. Position Responsibilities Provide 50-minute hands-on therapeutic massage sessions Complete accurate and timely chart notes in Jane App , our practice management software Allow approximately 10 minutes between massages for charting, room turnover, and preparation for the next patient Review patient chart notes and communicate with the chiropractors regarding treatment plans and areas of concern Build and maintain strong patient relationships Encourage patients to continue care when appropriate and help maintain a consistent schedule Participate in our existing insurance credentialing process; we will credential qualified LMTs with our current insurance panels We Provide We provide the supplies and resources you need to focus on patient care, including: Massage table Linens and bedding Lotion Massage cream Massage oil Established patient base The Right Candidate Should Have Excellent palpation and manual therapy skills Strong attention to detail Ability to efficiently review patient charts and identify areas that need to be addressed Professional and personable communication skills Ability to work well with patients, chiropractors, and office staff A genuine interest in therapeutic massage and helping patients achieve their goals Qualifications Current Oregon massage therapy license Current professional liability insurance Compliance with all applicable massage therapy laws and regulations LMT is responsible for maintaining their own license and completing required CEUs Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism Completion of a 20-minute HIPAA certification within the first two weeks of employment Expectations & Duties Disinfect the massage table and treatment area between clients Change massage bedding between every client Fold and manage laundry as needed Consult with chiropractors before and/or after massage appointments to assist with treatment-plan development Complete all chart notes before the end of your last shift each week — no exceptions Schedule We are looking for someone available Monday-Friday , with a preference for availability during the following hours:

Monday:

8:30 AM-4:00 PM (last massage)

Tuesday:

8:30 AM-4:00

PM Wednesday:

8:30 AM-3:00 PM (last massage)

Thursday:

8:30 AM-4:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM-1:00 PM (last massage) A minimum commitment of 8 massage hours per week , with the opportunity for up to 16 massage hours per week , as we build patient base. $42-$47 per completed massage Starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. Tips are yours to keep in full and are paid in addition to your massage rate. Approximately 50% of our clients currently tip. No-shows are paid at $30 per scheduled massage. During a no-show appointment, the LMT is expected to complete approximately 30 minutes of laundry and/or office duties during that hour. We are looking for someone who can maintain an average of 3-4+ massages per day as their schedule builds. The massage room is available for after-hours use at no charge for your own private clients. After-hours appointments must be your own clientele and are separate from our clinic's patient schedule . Additional Opportunities For an LMT interested in expanding their role, we are also open to someone who would like to: Pick up occasional reception/office hours. These additional duties would be compensated at a separate hourly rate . $42.00 - $47.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
