Job Description
Licensed Massage Therapist Elevate Massage Therapy Salem, OR Job Details Part-time | Full-time $52 - $56 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Manual therapy Massage Therapy License Therapeutic exercise techniques Licensed Massage Therapist Full Job Description Supportive Team, Flexible Schedule, No Sales Pressure At Elevate Massage Therapy, we believe massage therapists should spend their time doing what they do best: providing exceptional care. Elevate Massage Therapy is the newest addition to Elevate Health & Performance, a personal training studio built around helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. Every day, we work with individuals who are intentionally investing in their health through coaching, strength training, nutrition, and long-term wellness. As our community has grown, so has the need for high-quality massage therapy. Rather than simply referring clients elsewhere, we're building an integrated team where massage therapists and fitness professionals work alongside one another to help people recover, reduce pain, improve performance, and stay active for the long term. That means you'll join a collaborative environment where your expertise is respected, your ideas are valued, and you're surrounded by professionals who believe exceptional care is always a team effort. A Different Kind of Massage Practice Many massage therapists spend as much time worrying about marketing, sales, or filling their schedules as they do caring for clients. That's not the model we're building. Our administrative team handles scheduling, marketing, memberships, and day-to-day operations so you can focus on what you became a massage therapist to do: helping people. You'll work inside a modern health and performance facility alongside strength coaches who share your commitment to improving lives. When appropriate, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with coaches to help clients combine manual therapy with individualized exercise, giving them a more complete path toward recovery and long-term health. We believe the best practitioners never stop learning. That's why we're intentionally creating a culture where therapists and coaches learn from one another, challenge each other to grow, and continually raise the standard of care. We're building careers, not just filling treatment rooms. We believe that when we invest in our therapists, they can invest fully in their clients.
