Job Description

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)$40-$50 per 60-Minute Massage• | Part-Time Elite Chiropractic & Injury Rehab | South Salem If you're a massage therapist who enjoys therapeutic work, deep tissue, solving muscular problems, and helping people actually feel and function better, you might be a great fit here. At Elite Chiropractic & Injury Rehab , massage is part of patient care. Our patients are dealing with car accidents, work injuries, chronic pain, headaches, and the everyday wear and tear that comes from years of sitting at a desk. We're looking for an Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to do meaningful work, build relationships with patients, and be part of a small team where people actually like coming to work. We're Looking for
Someone Who:
Enjoys therapeutic, results-driven massage Is comfortable with deep tissue work Wants to build lasting relationships with patients Shows up consistently and takes pride in their work Communicates well and has a positive attitude Is looking for a long-term home rather than just the next job What It's Like Here We're a small team with experienced chiropractors who genuinely value massage therapy as part of patient care. You'll have a steady flow of patients who need therapeutic treatment, without corporate nonsense or impossible productivity quotas. We care about professionalism, teamwork, reliability and creating a workplace where you actually want to come to work . And honestly, we're pretty open-minded about what that looks like. If you have ideas about your schedule, employment terms, or what would make this a place you'd want to stay, we want to talk to you . We'd rather have a conversation and see if we can find something that works for everyone than lose a great therapist over a detail that could have been discussed. One of the best parts of this job is watching patients improve. Someone who could barely turn their neck on day one can be back playing with their kids a month later, and you helped make that happen. Benefits Paid time off (yes, even part-time employees) Paid holidays Continuing education assistance Paid annual Chiropractic Assistant certification dues Employee discounts Flexible scheduling opportunities Free coffee, soda, and the occasional mystery baked good Annual company party W-2 employee Health insurance available for full-time employees working 34+ hours per week Schedule Saturday is required. Compensation We believe you should be paid for everything that goes into patient care, not just the time your hands are on a patient. $40-$50 earned per completed 60-minute massage • Every 60-minute massage is paid as 75 minutes to account for charting, room turnover, and patient transitions.
