Compensation We believe you should be paid for everything that goes into patient care, not just the time your hands are on a patient. $40-$50 earned per completed 60-minute massage • Every 60-minute massage is paid as 75 minutes to account for charting, room turnover, and patient transitions. When you're on the clock without a scheduled massage, you'll earn a secondary hourly Chiropractic Assistant rate, giving you more consistent income throughout your shift. Patients may leave gratuities if they choose. Qualifications Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist Confident with therapeutic deep tissue massage Positive attitude and strong communication skills Chiropractic Assistant Certification, or willingness to obtain it.
